Introduction:

Health EMC has been founded for the purpose of the export of local technological products and services, as well as the importation of equipment and consumables, for sales to Iranian manufacturers (with a greater focus on medical products).

The health EMC is ready to export products that are manufactured in Iran, within the framework of a memorandum of understanding and contract, and/or investment in various forms.

The Health EMC approach in dealing with exporting companies is based on achieving mutual long-term results and profit, and the company hopes to help achieve this important goal in the light of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.

For further familiarization, following is a brief description of this company’s activities and services:
Measures and activities defined for any mutual cooperation are:

Phase 1 measures (Identification of Markets, selection of companies, and exportable goods):

1) Collecting and exchanging up-to-date information on laws, regulations and guidelines, restrictions and export facilities in the target country

2) Identifying, evaluating and introducing potential export companies

2-1- Initial screening

2-2- Secondary screening

3) Selection of company and export product

4) Signing a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in conducting a feasibility study and drafting an export plan for applicant companies

Phase 2 measures (Studying the Identified Markets and Determination of the Business Model):

1) Market research and technical and commercial feasibility studies

2) Collecting general and technical information on exportable products and services

3) Studies of the Target Market, determination of export business model for selected products and presentation of short-term, medium-term, and long-term export plans. The Health EMC Study Office has so far prepared several volumes of commercial and specialized reports for several countries.

3-1- monitoring the competitors and prices in the target market for similar products
3-2- Evaluating and selecting foreign partners (customers)

4) Signing the final contract with the applicant companies and determining the framework, duties, and interests of the parties

Phase 3 measures (implementing the export operations):

1) Planning and executing product promotion projects in the target market:

1-2- Holding B2B, B2G, B2C meetings
1-3- Holding exclusive professional exhibitions, and participating in exhibitions of the target country
1-4- Exchange of business delegations
1-5- Creating a website for introducing companies and export capabilities of selected companies
1-6- Printing books, introducing companies and export capabilities of selected companies
1-7- Publishing pictures, brochures and technical specifications catalogs, promotional and training videos
1-8- Media activities, use of information and communication technology, and activities in cyberspace and e-commerce
1-9- Supply and display of product samples

2) Consultancy and providing services in legal, banking, insurance, customs and clearance affairs, transportation, identifying supply channels and facilitating financial transactions, methods of reducing risks in sales or investment, introducing effective advertising tools appropriate to the target market and goods/products, Transportation, supply, business services and development of networks and commercial channels, as well as the development and upgrading of the packaging of suitable exportable goods/products according to the target markets’ demands
3) Registration of products of selected companies in the target countries
4) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and continuous improvement of their satisfaction
5) Holding training and information workshops for introducing new products and creating the market
6) Participating in tenders
7) signing contracts for Sales and after-sales services
8) Assisting in the empowerment of start-up companies’ export capabilities
